Founded in 1982 by Kelly Vaughn and a partner, The Service Company began as ServiceFirst, Inc. With a vision rooted in professionalism and exceptional service, the company methodically grew its loyal client base across East Mississippi and West Alabama. Over the decades, TSC has evolved into one of the Southeast’s most respected and diverse building services contractors.

Today, the Vaughn family remains at the helm, with Kelly Vaughn as President and his grandsons, Vaughn and Winston Bennett, taking on key leadership roles. This family leadership, combined with a team of experts across every service area, ensures that TSC continues to uphold the values of its founders while embracing innovation and growth.
